Our custom electrical penetrators consist of one pin, a ceramic insulator and a metal housing. With over 60 years’ experience in brazing, we hermetically seal the sub-components to achieve a robust assembly ready for our customers to integrate into their final products.
Our ceramic insulators are comprised of own alumina formula, ALUCER®, which is renowned for its unique dielectic properties. We oversee everything related to the ceramic process (preparation, pressing, sintering, grinding) in-house.
Our ceramic-to-metal assemblies (including connectors and feedthroughs) are ideal for multiple subsea applications involving high-pressure (up to 2,000 bars), vacuum or instrumentation systems.
