Our high speed centrifuges with capacities of up to 80 m3/h are used in a variety of oil and gas applications.  These include dewatering and desalinating heavy crude oil, processing contaminated drilling suspensions and sludges, or de-oiling bilge, drain and produced oil before it is recycled into the ocean.  They are available in gas-tight design with nitrogen blanketing for reliable explosion protection (ATEX) and can be produced with duplex/super duplex steel as bowl material.  Constant movement on drilling platforms are compensated, so equipment works both onshore and offshore.

Features include:

  • Maximum G-force
  • Maximum separating efficiency
  • Particularly robust and durable
  • Maximum cost effectiveness throughout the entire life cycle
  • Materials highly resistant to corrosion/erosion
  • Explosion-proof design
  • Minimum maintenance
