Himmelstein’s Series MCRT® 79800V Dual Range Digital Torque Transducers accurately measure low running and high load torques without the cost and inconvenience of swapping conventional sensors. They offer high accuracy, fast installed response, high mechanical overload and electrical overrange and ease of installation. Output signals are provided as analog and digital simultaneously. A wide range of capacities are available from 40 lbf-in to 375,000 lbf-in.
They will safely and accurately measure normal torques when large transients are present, avoiding the necessity of over-sizing a conventional torquemeter at the cost of measurement accuracy.
Accuracy grades are ±0.03%/high range and ±0.05%/low range of full scale combined non-linearity and hysteresis. Mechanical overload is 1,000% / 200% . Operation is fully bidirectional and measurements are valid to zero speed. All are calibrated CW and CCW to rated load in our ISO 17025, NVLAP accredited laboratory (NVLAP lab code 200487-0).
