    TRIL-S Submersible Container with inhibitor for Scale Deposition is used to prevent formation of various scale, sulfites, sulfates, carbonates, chlorides, etc. on the down-hole oil production equipment in oil wells....

  • TRIL-S submersible container with inhibitor of scale deposits is installed during a regular oil well work-over. The container is mounted at the bottom of the pump or a motor depending on the oil recovery method used, it is assembled onsite as a standard tubing string, going from the bottom of the container to the top as it descends.

    The extracted liquid enters the dosing chamber through one or more of the openings in a section and undergoes the necessary treatment by coming into contact with the inhibitor, the inhibitor is release through a diffusion process (like a tea bag in a teapot) this causes the production liquid to undergo treatment. TRIL inhibitor does not enter into chemical reactions with the produced fluid.

    The inhibitor works by enveloping the scale particles in the produced liquid as well as creating a protective film on the surface of the down-hole equipment. The enveloping (protective) film prevents deposition, coalescence and formation of large conglomerates of sediment particles. Thus, the scale particles are pumped out with the produced liquid in suspended state to be later burned off at the refinery.
