  • Series BVLS is a new, low cost, 316 stainless steel WOG type ball valve designed for a variety of shutoff control requirements. 

    Standard sizes of 1/4” through 2” are offered with a choice of NPT, SAE, or BSPP threaded port connections. The maximum allowable working pressure of 1000 psi is achieved with Teflon ball seals. Optional glass-filled PTFE or Devlon is also available. Standard O-rings are Viton to achieve a temperature range of 400 °F. Alternate O-rings may be substituted for fluid compatibility purposes.

    Other standard features include topside threaded holes for actuator or panel mounting, a high strength crank style forged stainless steel handle, material compliance to NACE MR0175, and CRN certification for all Canadian provinces.  The design meets or exceeds API6d and API598 pressure tests. Fire safe versions are also available.

With extensive machining and quality assurance capabilities, oil and gas producers rely on DMIC to supply the quality equipment they need to keep operations underway. A well-equipped machine shop features numerous CNC lathes and mills, while on-staff, certified welders contribute according to ASME and AWS procedures. Optical coordinate measurement systems as well as plug and ring gauges ensure parts are fabricated correctly and within specified tolerances. Experience with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze and exotic alloys permit product designs for unique requirements.

  • DMIC’s Series BVALP ball valves offer hydraulic power system designers a compact, high-quality alternative for hydraulic fluid reservoir shut-off requirements.

    The low profile design is ideal for space-restricted installations, which is further supported by the innovative welded-ring interface that provides a direct connection of the valve to the hydraulic fluid reservoir tank.

    Interface to external plumbing is facilitated by either an SAE Code 61 or ANSI Class 150 flange connection. The valve can also be provided with an optional tank-side female NPT threaded port to support the connection of a suction strainer.

    Standard materials of construction for the valve include a lightweight, machined aluminum body, brass trim, Teflon ball seals, and Buna-N O-rings. Optional Viton, EPR, Delrin, PEEK and other materials are available to provide compatibility with a wide range of fluids as well as environmental requirements. A choice of weld ring materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum are available to match the reservoir tank for ease of welding.
