The Lee Company manufactures a complete range of miniature, precision fluid control products for use in downhole tools, sub-sea systems and other critical areas. Products on display include Lee Plugâ expansion plugs, check valves, relief valves, shuttle valves, solenoid valves, high pressure safety screens, calibrated flow restrictors and other flow controls.  Many of these products are available in NACE compliant models.

For over 70 years, The Lee Company has pioneered the development of miniature fluid control components for aerospace hydraulic and fuel systems, automated liquid handling in medical and scientific instrumentation, medical disposable applications, down-hole oil tools, machine tools, inkjet printing, and other industries worldwide.  Lee’s unique capabilities in miniaturization and engineering expertise (one of every eight employees is a graduate engineer) keep the company at the forefront of fluid flow technology, and enable it to work effectively with customers to solve difficult fluid control problems.

They are constructed entirely of corrosion-resistant materials that comply with NACE specification MR0175/ISO 15156. These new check valves feature a durable MP35N poppet and seat, and are designed for checked direction pressures up to 15,000 psid.

    The new valves are available in free flow forward and free flow reverse directions, with cracking pressures of 5 ± 3 and 1 ± 0.5 psid. Sizes range from 0.125" to 0.500" in diameter, with free flow Lohm rates from 400 to 15 Lohms.   • The Lee Company’s MP35N HI-BAR® Flange Mount Safety Screens are specifically designed to offer exceptional corrosion resistance and extreme strength for harsh duty applications found in the oil and gas industries.  Made entirely of MP35N, a nickel-cobalt based alloy, these screens are compliant with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156.  Their robust, single piece construction enables these screens to withstand pressure differentials up to 7500 psi without rupture.

    The screens are available in 6 different flange sizes and 8 different hole sizes, ranging from 0.002” to 0.020” in diameter, but special designs are also available.  All Lee Safety Screens are precision cleaned and packaged before shipment.

    The 5K JEVA is offered in 93 different Lohm rates, ranging from 3520 to 313,000 Lohms, and is protected with two integral safety screens for bidirectional flow capability. Additionally, each restrictor is 100% flow tested for accurate, consistent performance.

  • The Lee Company’s new NACE Compliant Latching Solenoid Valve is the ideal solution for power sensitive downhole applications.  By incorporating permanent magnets into the coil design, this solenoid valve offers a dramatic reduction in overall power consumption, particularly when operating with extended “ON” periods.  Unlike traditional designs that require continuous voltage to energize the valve from its natural state, this latching solenoid requires only a momentary pulse of less than a Joule to switch to and remain in state.  Because the new valve is designed to be pressure balanced, rated for high temperatures and features NACE compliant wetted materials, it is ideal for applications in the oil and gas industries.
