Are you interested in reducing your costs by increasing productivity and safety?
When transporting pipes, rough terrain is often the culprit of damaged goods and long material handling times. The pipes are often balanced on the forks and the allowable speed of the forklift/loader is dramatically reduced, which causes:
- Long material handling time
- Risk of damaging goods during transit
Long material handling times could be costing your company a lot of money.
Rather than investing in appropriate equipment, many companies invest in additional labor or equipment when trying to increase productivity, which results in:
- Unnecessary equipment
- Excessive laborers
With the Load Stabilizer, this is a problem of the past!
The Load Stabilizer is an attachment that modifies any type of fork on all forklifts or loaders, eliminating the need to invest in additional labor or machinery. There are custom-made mounting plates provided with The Load Stabilizer, which makes the product relatively easy to install onto the existing forks.
No matter the terrain, the Load Stabilizer is capable of transporting pipes securely. This product increases the allowable speed of the forklifts/loaders, by ensuring that that the pipes are firmly gripped. Furthermore, the arms of the Load Stabilizer are foldable, meaning that the forklift/loader becomes a multipurpose machine.
The Load Stabilizer is available in many different variations to fulfil our customer’s needs, for example:
- Capacity: 3,000 – 35,000 kg
- Clamp arm length: 1,200 – 3,000 mm
- Opening range: 0 – 900 mm
For more information, please see the installation guide.
With The Load Stabilizer, you can also increase safety and reduce accidents.
With approximately 855,900 forklifts in the United States, OSHA estimates that 11% of all forklifts will be involved in an accident. There are a staggering 96,785 forklift related accidents per year.
It is expected that 70% of all forklift accidents could be prevented with proper equipment, safety and training.
The Load Stabilizer can assist in minimizing the risk of accidents occurring when handling pipes. By acting proactively your company can improve the safety of your workers and improve their work environment.
We hope to have piqued your interest.
