  • Dalia Debottlenecking
    Advanced FEED and Procurement preparation for LLIs & ICSS...

  • This brownfield project aimed at debottlenecking the liquid treatment and the water injection capacities in order to secure and increase the Dalia reserves and to compensate for the lack of reservoir pressure by water injection.

    Dalia DBN Project main modifications were: oil / water separation function enhancement, produced water treatment function enhancement, Hull System modifications, 4th Water Injection Pump addition and E/I upgrade.

    Services provided: Advanced FEED and Procurement preparation for LLIs & ICSS as detailed below:

    • Minimize offshore work: 4 modules impacted plus the pipe rack.
    • Design of 7 modules (onshore fabrication) to be integrated on the FPSO
    • 100 piping tie-ins
    • Addition of water injection pump, two produced water buffer drums with their associated transfer pumps, two flushing pumps and two crude heaters.
    • Preparation of CFT dossier for the eCI of FPSO modifications.

  • Largest task on MHN was performed during the FEED studies of the Likouf FPU, which required more than 200,000 man-hours. DORIS provided project management, prepared tender documents for long lead items, and conducted basic/FEED engineering studies for the FPU hull and topsides, the UFR and for the SPS. Subsequently as subcontractor,  DORIS performed the detailed engineering of the FPU topsides and mooring lines. DORIS achieved the main objective set by TOTAL which was keeping the FPU topsides below a weight limit target of 20,000 t.
