  • Continuing with Phase Dynamics' proven microwave technology, this new generation RAZOR™ technology incorporates the latest advances in electronics along with a new Patent Pending Embedded Water Cut Electronics at the end of the probe section.  This new way of improving measurement in a compact system continues to be the industry’s only fully Factory Calibrated system.

                The transmitter electronics contains optical through the glass control of Menu options along with the capability of changing parameters without removal of the explosion proof screw on cap. This system addresses a specific need for a real measurement to replace capacitance type systems with a true microwave system while addressing the customer’s budget requirements.

    1. A microwave replacement for capacitance sensors with built-in electronics that transmit the Water Cut signal either by ModBus or by 4-20 mA output to the user's computer.  The industry’s only fully factory calibrated system.

The Embedded Water Cut Electronics™ allows a microwave system to be located at the sensor itself instead of in the main electronics enclosure.  This intrinsically safe circuit is unprecedented in water cut technology and a patent has been filed on the system.  It is completely hermetically sealed and welded.

    1. A new-generation sensor in conjunction with new transmitter electronics that not only has a functional display but also can accept a density input for near fiscal measurement.  System is fully capable of accurate zero to inversion measurement of water percentages.
