Non-magnetic drill collars are manufactured from chrome manganese, low carbon obtained by combining a proprietary chemical analysis and a rotary hammer process. The material is resistant to stress corrosion cracking, with high machine ability and no tendency to galling.

We produce non-magnetic drill collars (slick and spiral) and non-magnetic bearing drill pipes. The material we use can be P550 or P530. The largest size we can produce is 9-1/2" (241.3mm).Our annual production ability for non-magnetic drill collars are 200 joints.
