Since 1949, Trenton has pioneered the development of wax-based anticorrosion products. Most well known is the Wax-Tape®  brand anticorrosion wrap system, with primers, wraps and outerwraps. Wax-Tape #1 anticorrosion wrap is for underground applications, Wax-Tape #2 anticorrosion wrap adds mechanical protection aboveground while Wax-Tape HT-3000 anticorrosion wrap provides protection for operating temperatures up to 110 C°. For additional protection, Trenton offers outerwraps, including a fiberglass-weave saturated with a moisture-cured resin. Trenton’s anticorrosion system includes minimal surface preparation, ease of application, no special tools, conformable to irregular surfaces, removable for inspection, compatible with other coatings, no curing time prior to backfill, and environmentally-friendly.
