The U.S. Coast Guard Outer Continental Shelf National Center of Expertise OCSNCOE, based in Houma, LA, is the repository of USCG expertise and best practices on Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) activities. Our office is focused on raising the competency, capabilities and consistency of USCG inspections/examinations and oversight of the various types of units and vessels that conduct and support OCS activities.
