ANP - National Petroleum Agency
ANP is the entity which regulates the activities comprised by the oil, gas and biofuels industries in Brazil. A federal autarchy connected to the Ministry of Mines and Energy, ANP is responsible for the execution of the national policy for the petroleum, natural gas and biofuels energy sector.
