i2S is specialized in underwater imaging systems, thanks to Orphie technology, a breakthrough patented solution that significantly increases the viewing distance in real time, comparing to the current cameras. The added value of our technology is demonstrated every day in turbid waters where it enhance the visibility distance by a factor of 3 and enables visual inspection where market cameras were blind.

  • ORPHIECAM
    i2S has launched a new range of very innovative underwater camera that can see in real three times further away than current camera on the market. Our existing range currently cover depths from 0 to 3000m....

    • The Orphie cameras are based on a patented technology that can increase the sight distance by a factor of 3 in bad visibility condition. Our existing ORPHIECAM range are specially designed for ROVs and currently covers depths from 0 to 3000m. 

    All our camera are :

    • Fully integrated : All our processing is done inside the camera and doesn't require any special configuration
    • Low latency : Less than 120ms
    • Plug&play : Our video streams can be retrieved on every software
    • Reduced bandwith : Less than 15Mbit/s
    • Entirely designed and produced in France, in Bordeaux
    • Suitable for all underwater applications (Offshore wind farm, Oil&Gas, mine warefare...)
