Established in 2012, SK Petro is a Texas registered LLC and one of the global subsidiaries under Shanghai Shenkai Petroleum & Chemical Equipment Co. Ltd. - a listed company with ISO9001 and ISO14001. We design, produce, sell BOP stacks and parts, control units, logging units, and other petroleum equipment. We also provide technical services for our product line, such as BOP repair, pressure test, and re-certification.
