DarkVision has developed a new super high-resolution downhole imaging technology that gives oil and gas operators a clear set of eyes inside their wells, regardless of wellbore fluid clarity. The technology uses high-resolution acoustics, as opposed to optics, to see sub-millimetric levels of detail inside wells through any wellbore condition and is fluid agnostic. Applications where the technology has been used include perforation erosion analysis, wellhead erosion, casing corrosion, connection damage, well integrity diagnostics, casing leaks, casing damage, fishing obstructions, fiber mapping, sliding sleeve investigation, sand/scale quantification and many more.
