    Patent NanoA is of uniform Amorphous+Nanocrystalline microstructure, especially in the sizes 8-25um, 15-53um etc. After metal thermal spraying in low heat input and rapid cooling, the Coating can still maintain mainly Amorphous microstructure, which has excellent corrosion resistance, high hardness and wear resistance, good bonding strength . Application temperature is under 400 °C. The max. coating thickness can be above 0.6mm, no crack, normally no need sealing.

    AdvancedMetal patent NanoL Nickel Alloy is of very good corrosion resistance, similar as Hastelloy C276 and In625, which is the best alloy of high corrosion resist but not high hardness, and much better than 316L.

    After high speed Laser Cladding of NanoL powder size 15-53um, the coating is of very good wear resistance and without cracks. The powder size 45-150um is also suitable for regular Laser Cladding and PTA hardface .
