Show Program and Online Listing

Reach thousands of 2017 OTC visitors online and onsite in Houston all searching for the latest products and service they need. Be sure your company listing is included in the 2017 OTC Conference Program and online. These powerful tools put your information at the fingertips of thousands of attendees!

Creating and updating your company information is easy! To submit your FREE listing, please follow these simple steps:

1.Enter your password, which is unique to your company. You received your password with your booth confirmation. Note: Enter your password exactly as it appears. The password is case sensitive.

2.Click on Edit Booth Info. Please fill out the form completely. Provide contact information you want attendees to use to request more information about your company. Note: We suggest using an email created for OTC requests or a general email so as to help protect your email from scammers. Emails will not appear online or in the printed program.

3.Print profiles are limited to a maximum of 350 characters including spaces. Show Management reserves the right to edit any information you provide but is not responsible for correcting text submitted. Note: It is recommended to type directly into the form as cutting and pasting from a Word Document adds extraneous codes.

4.Select up to 6 product categories.

5.SAVE your changes when you are finished and LOGOUT to ensure your changes are saved. Even if you are not making any changes you must go to Edit and hit Save Updates/Accept As Is so the system knows you have reviewed your information.

6.Entries completed or modifications made after 28 February 2017 may not appear in the printed program.

To purchase listings for your co-exhibitors please send an email to otc.events@otcnet.org with the names of your divisions/co-exhibitors as they are to be listed and the preferred upgrade for each:

Upgrade 1(includes address, phone, fax, and website) for $40 per co-exhibitor

Upgrade 2 (includes information from Upgrade 1 plus a 350 character company description) for $250 per co-exhibitor

  • Note: Please do not email us the entire listing as OTC will not be inputting your information. We only need the co-exhibiting company names and type of upgrade you wish to purchase.

Online Financial Activity and Credit Card Payment

After log on, easily review your purchases, invoices and payments by clicking the My Account menu option on the left. You also now have the ability to pay outstanding balances online yourself. It’s safe, secure and quick. No more emailing your credit card number!!
