Germantown, WI –April, 2017—WAGO adds two 4-channel intrinsically safe modules approved for wiring to devices located in hazardous zones 1/21 and 0/20. With a compact design, these modules reduce the size of the control cabinet.

The 750-539 module is a 4-channel intrinsically safe digital output module that is engineered to operate intrinsically safe solenoid valves. The 750-486 module is a 4-channel intrinsically safe analog input module for monitoring field devices. Each channel on this module can be individually configured for measurement ranges of 0 to 20 mA, 4 to 20 mA, or 3.6 to 21 mA.

Both modules offer diagnostics per channel indicating short circuits and wire breaks. Regulated power for these modules is supplied by the WAGO’s 750-606 Ex I 1 Amp power supply module (not included).

Germantown, WI – December, 2016 – New Sensor/Actuator DIN-rail mount terminal blocks save up to 72% space on the rail, as compared to standard feed-through terminals. LEDs, jumpers, and marking are always visible—even when wired --making it easier to terminate and trouble shoot sensors and actuators. With TOPJOB®S sensor terminal blocks, positive and negative potentials can be endlessly expanded using standard jumpers without pole number limitation. Additional advantages include:

    • High signal density with only 3.5 mm width per sensor
    • Endless commoning with standard jumpers-- no limitation
    • Convenient, fast, and cost-effective marking system
    • LED, wiring and marking in plain view for quick status/overview

TOPJOB®S Sensor/Actuator terminal blocks provide the most compact and streamlined wiring of proximity switches, photo electric barrier, actuators, valves and a wide variety of sensor applications. Like the entirety of the TOPJOB®S portfolio, these also come equipped with the fast, vibration-proof and maintenance-free Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology.
